1. Information We Collect

When you use Ahranks, we collect:

• Account information (name, email address, profile picture) provided during registration or via Google sign-in
• Brand and competitor data you enter into the platform
• Usage data including scan history, dashboard interactions, and feature usage
• Google Search Console and Google Analytics data, if you connect those properties (read-only access, see Section 4)
• Payment information processed by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Ahranks platform and its features
• To monitor your brand visibility across AI search engines
• To generate reports, alerts, and insights about your AI search presence
• To send you product updates, scan notifications, and reports you have opted into
• To process payments and manage your subscription

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Google User Data

Ahranks uses Google OAuth 2.0 to (a) authenticate you into the platform and (b) let you optionally connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties. We access only the data the scopes you grant allow, and only for the purposes described below:

• Sign-in (openid, email, profile): used solely to create your Ahranks account and display your name and avatar inside the product.
• Search Console (webmasters.readonly): read-only access to click, impression, position, and query data for Search Console properties you choose. Used to display Search Console performance alongside your AI visibility metrics inside the Ahranks dashboard. Never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, never used to train AI or machine-learning models.
• Analytics (analytics.readonly): read-only access to visitor counts, source channels, and device breakdowns for Analytics properties you choose. Used to show which AI crawlers visit your site alongside human traffic. Never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, never used to train AI or machine-learning models.

Ahranks’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention:Search Console and Analytics data is cached for up to 24 hours for performance. Raw metric snapshots older than your plan’s history window (7, 30, or 90 days) are deleted automatically.

Revoking access: you can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Integrations, which immediately revokes our tokens and deletes cached Google data. You may also revoke Ahranks’s access from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting your Ahranks account wipes all associated Google data.

5. Third-Party Services

Ahranks integrates with the following services:

• Google OAuth — authentication and optional Search Console / Analytics connection (see Section 4)
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing
• OpenRouter — AI engine queries for visibility scanning
• SerpAPI — Google AI Mode data
• Resend — transactional emails
• Railway — hosting provider

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal data at any time
• Export your data
• Disconnect third-party integrations (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
• Delete your account entirely, which removes all associated data including Google data
